In a medium bowl, add the roasted, unsalted, shelled peanuts.
Add the hot milk and let it all rest for 15 minutes.
After this time has passed, transfer everything to a blender, add the milk at room temperature and blend everything very well until the peanuts have completely dissolved.
Transfer to a large skillet over medium to low heat and mix everything very well until it starts to boil.
Add the refined sugar and mix very well until the sugar dissolves.
Then, add the cinnamon powder and keep mixing until the mixture thickens and releases from the bottom of the skillet.
Remove from heat and set aside.
Grease a small baking dish with coconut oil.
Add all the mixture we prepared and spread it evenly.
Finally, add roasted, chopped peanuts to taste and press everything well with the spatula until flat.
Take it to the fridge and let it chill for at least 2 hours.
Serve.
