Mushroom Pasta

In a large baking dish, add the spaghetti and a generous drizzle of olive oil.Add the tomato sauce, the sliced mushrooms, the cherry tomatoes cut in half, the cloves of garlic cut in half and fresh basil to taste.Season with the salt, a pinch of black pepper and the garlic powder.Add the water, take to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 30 minutes.After this time has passed, remove from the oven and mix everything very well.Add the shredded mozzarella cheese, put the dish back in the oven and bake until the cheese has fully melted.Serve.

  • 300g of Spaghetti

  • 100g of Mushrooms
  • 100g of Cherry Tomatoes
  • 5 Garlic Cloves
  • Fresh Basil to Taste

  • 1 Pinch of Black Pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon of Garlic Powder
  • 500ml of Water
  • 200g of Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
