In a bowl, start by adding the condensed milk and the instant coffee, mix well until combined.
Once you’ve done that, in a food processor, add the cornstarch biscuits and crush them until crumbly, set aside.
In a bowl, add the banana chopped into round slices and mash it well until smooth.
Pour this mashed banana in the coffee mixture and mix well until incorporated.
Add the biscuit crumbs and keep mixing until combined.
Transfer all this mixture to a skillet over medium-low heat and stir until thickened.
Add the roasted peanuts and stir again.
Transfer all this mixture to a sheet of nonstick baking paper, shape it into a rectangle, wrap it in the sheet and take it to the fridge, let it chill for at least 2 hours.
After this indicated time, slice it into smaller pieces.
Serve.
