Lime Chicken Thighs

Start by cutting the chicken thighs in half then transfer them to a bowl.Season them with the black pepper, the salt, the garlic powder, the sweet paprika and the corn starch, mix well.Into a skillet, add a drizzle of olive oil, add the chicken thighs and brown each side.When that happens, remove them and set aside.Into another skillet, add the butter and stir until melted.Add the crushed garlic cloves, the chili pepper finely chopped into dices and chives to taste, stir well until fried slightly.

  • 500g of Skinless and Boneless Chicken Thighs
  • 1 Generous Pinch of Black Pepper
  • ½ Teaspoon of Salt
  • ½ Teaspoon of Garlic Powder

  • 1 Tablespoon of Butter

  • 1 Tablespoon of Soy Sauce
  • Juice of ½ Lime
