Start by cutting the hot dog sausages in half and insert 8 spaghetti noodles into each half.
Then, add 2 cloves to each one as well.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add the water and let it heat up.
Add the spaghetti hot dogs and let everything cook for 8 minutes.
After this time has passed, drain all the water and set aside.
Now, in a food processor, add the ripe tomatoes cut into smaller pieces, the cloves of garlic, parsley to taste, a drizzle of olive oil and blend very well until smooth.
Next, transfer this sauce to a large skillet over medium to low heat.
Add the water, season with the salt, the black pepper, the nutmeg and stir for 10 minutes.
