Start by placing the egg yolks in the bottle of Coca Cola and shake it very well until the egg has fully dissolved.
Transfer all this mixture to a blender and pour in the unsalted butter, blend well until fully dissolved.
Add the chocolate powder and blend again until the chocolate powder has fully incorporated into the mixture.
Add the wheat flour and the baking powder, blend once again until combined.
Now, transfer this batter to a 20cm-diameter ring cake tin greased with margarine, chocolate powder, and wheat flour.
Take to a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) and bake for 30 minutes.
Finish by pouring a chocolate ganache of your choice all over the cake.
Serve.
