Start by brushing the softened butter over the puff pastry, leaving some space at one of the sides of the pastry.
Then, roll up all this pastry into a cylindrical shape, place it in the freezer and let it chill for 10 minutes.
Now, cut the ham into small squares and set aside.
Cut the pastry we prepared with a pair of scissors, placing these pieces in a 6-cup muffin tin.
Next, using the bottom of a glass, press the pastry firmly into the muffin tin.
Add one whole egg to each cup.
Season with a pinch of salt and a pinch of black pepper.
Add the ham we cut earlier and the grated mozzarella cheese, divided between the cups.
Next, add oregano to taste.
Take it to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 40 minutes.
Serve.
