Puff Pastry Muffins with Ham and Cheese

Start by brushing the softened butter over the puff pastry, leaving some space at one of the sides of the pastry.Then, roll up all this pastry into a cylindrical shape, place it in the freezer and let it chill for 10 minutes.Now, cut the ham into small squares and set aside.Cut the pastry we prepared with a pair of scissors, placing these pieces in a 6-cup muffin tin.Next, using the bottom of a glass, press the pastry firmly into the muffin tin.Add one whole egg to each cup.Season with a pinch of salt and a pinch of black pepper.Add the ham we cut earlier and the grated mozzarella cheese, divided between the cups.Next, add oregano to taste.Take it to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 40 minutes. Serve.

  • 120g of Butter
  • 100g of Sliced Ham
  • 6 Eggs
  • 1 Pinch of Salt
  • 1 Pinch of Black Pepper
  • 100g of Grated of Mozzarella Cheese
  • Oregano to Taste
