To Serve
Start by cutting the hotdog sausages into very thin slices and transfer them to a large bowl.
Add the wheat flour and mix well to combine.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add the vegetable oil and let it heat up.
Add the hotdog sausages we prepared and fry them until golden brown.
Remove them from the hot oil and set them aside on a plate lined with paper towels.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add a drizzle of vegetable oil, the crushed garlic cloves, green onions to taste and fry for 2 minutes.
After this time has passed, add the tomato sauce and the water.
Season with the salt, the black pepper, the sweet paprika, the chimichurri, the onion powder, the chili flakes and mix well to combine.
Add the hotdog sausages we prepared, the ketchup and mix once more.
To serve, cut the bread roll in half, fill it with the sauce we prepared, to taste, add mayonnaise to taste and mustard to taste.
Serve.
