Start by cutting the top of the papaya and set this top aside.
With a spoon, remove all the seeds from the papaya, hollowing it out and making a hole in its center.
Fill the papaya all the way up with the milk.
Now cover the papaya with its own top we’ve set aside.
Take it to the freezer and leave it there for at least 4 hours.
Cut the frozen papaya into smaller pieces.
Serve with a drizzle of honey, to taste.
