Start by seasoning the chicken with salt and garlic. After spreading well, set aside.
Cut the potatoes into wedges.
Put the chicken drumsticks and the potatoes in a baking tray and add the mayonnaise. Spread this mayo very well by hand until it covers all the potatoes and drumsticks.
Cover the baking tray with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven at 250°C (482°F) for 30 minutes.
Take the baking tray out of the oven and remove the foil, then take it back to the oven for 1 hour.
Serve.
