Neapolitan Pudding

In a blender, place ½ can of condensed milk, ½ pack of table cream, the strawberry powder, 100ml of milk and blend for 2 minutes. Add ½ packet of colorless gelatin powder previously hydrated and blend for another minute.Grease a ring cake mold with a drizzle of oil, pour the first mixture and leave it in the fridge until hardened.In the blender, place ½ can of condensed milk, ½ pack of table cream, 100ml of milk and the chocolate powder, blend for 2 minutes. Add ½ packet of colorless gelatin powder previously hydrated and blend for another minute.Pour it into the mold over the first layer, already hardened, and take it back to the fridge.Again, in the blender, place ½ can of condensed milk, ½ pack of table cream, 100ml of milk and the milk powder, blend for 2 minutes. Add the colorless gelatin powder previously hydrated and blend for another minute.Add in the mold and take it to the fridge until it fully hardens.

Ingredientes

  • 1 ½ Cans of Condensed Milk
  • 1 ½ Packs of Table Cream
  • 300ml of Milk
  • 1 ½ Packets of Colorless Unflavored Gelatin Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon of Strawberry Ice Cream Powder
  • 4 Tablespoons of Chocolate Powder 50% Cocoa
  • 4 Tablespoons of Milk Powder

Modo de Fazer

In a blender, place ½ can of condensed milk, ½ pack of table cream, the strawberry powder, 100ml of milk and blend for 2 minutes. Add ½ packet  of colorless gelatin powder previously hydrated and blend for another minute.

Grease a ring cake mold with a drizzle of oil, pour the first mixture and leave it in the fridge until hardened. 

In the blender, place ½ can of condensed milk, ½ pack of table cream, 100ml of milk and the chocolate powder, blend for 2 minutes. Add ½ packet  of colorless gelatin powder previously hydrated and blend for another minute.

Pour it into the mold over the first layer, already hardened, and take it back to the fridge.

Again, in the blender, place ½ can of condensed milk, ½ pack of table cream, 100ml of milk and the milk powder, blend for 2 minutes. Add the colorless gelatin powder previously hydrated and blend for another minute.

Add in the mold and take it to the fridge until it fully hardens.
