Process the cookies into crumbles.
Into the glass dish in which you'll be assembling the dessert, pour the processed cookies and set some aside for later. Use your hands to compact these crumbles at the bottom of the dish, making your pie base.
Into a blender, add the condensed milk, the table cream, blend it all together, add the colorless gelatin previously hydrated, blend very well again.
Pour this mixture into the glass dish and refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours.
