
Start by pouring the Nutella over the cooked pasta into a mixer and blend everything very well until smooth.
If you like, you can do this process using a blender.
Next, transfer this mixture to a large saucepan, add the sugar, the milk, the cornstarch, the powdered milk and stir everything very well until the cornstarch is completely dissolved.
Turn on the heat to medium-low and continue stirring until it thickens.
Then turn off the heat, add the unsalted butter, the ground pistachios and mix to combine.
Next, transfer this cream to 2 medium bowls.
Add one tablespoon of sugar to each bowl.
Place in a preheated oven at 200° C (400° F) and bake until golden brown.
Serve.
