Ganache
In a blender, put the table cream, the passion fruit juice and the two packs of condensed milk, blend it all together very well until combined.
Into the glass dish in which you'll assemble your dessert, add some of the cream we've just blended. Spread it all over the bottom of the dish. Dip the corn starch biscuits in some of the concentrated juice and make a layer of biscuits after that. Repeat this process until you've used up all the cream. Make sure the top layer of cream is as flat as possible.
Take it to the fridge.
Melt the chocolate in 30-second intervals in the microwave then add the table cream, mix very well until it combines and turns into a ganache.
Pour the ganache all over the dessert and spread it well.
Take it to the fridge and let it chill for at least 4 hours.
Serve.
