Into a skillet over medium-low heat, add a drizzle of olive oil and the breadcrumbs, mix it all together very well until slightly browned.
Once that's done, turn off the heat and set aside.
Now, into a saucepan with boiling water, add a drizzle of olive oil, the salt, and the pasta, slightly stir it and let it cook for 8 minutes.
After this indicated time, drain out all pasta water and set aside.
Then, into a skillet, add a drizzle of olive oil and add the diced red onion, stir it and let it brown.
Add the crushed garlic cloves and stir it again.
Add the tuna and mix it all very well.
Add the halved cherry tomatoes and mix it all again.
Season it all with ½ teaspoon of salt, black pepper and sweet paprika, stir it very well for about 5 minutes.
After this indicated time, add half of the breadcrumbs that we’ve set aside, mix it all well and add the pasta. Add the rest of breadcrumbs and a good drizzle of olive oil all over it. Mix it all together very well.
Top it with some parsley to taste.
