Start by adding one drizzle of oil in a large skillet.
Turn the heat to medium and add the white rice and the soy sauce, stir well until incorporated.
Then add the water, the barbecue sauce, stir once again, cover the skillet and let it all cook until the water has fully evaporated.
In another skillet, add one drizzle of olive oil, the chicken breast sliced into cubes, add the garlic powder, the salt, the black pepper and stir-fry until slightly golden brown.
Add the soy sauce, the barbecue sauce, stir until golden brown and set aside.
Now, in a skillet, add one drizzle of olive oil, add the potato, the carrot and the red bell pepper, all cut into sticks.
Add the head of broccoli chopped into florets, the salt and stir all the ingredients for 5 minutes.
Add the mushrooms chopped into strips, the shrimp and stir all the ingredients for another 5 minutes.
After this indicated time, add the chicken and stir until incorporated.
Then add all the rice we made and stir one last time.
Serve.
