Start by removing the skins from the sausages, transfer them to a bowl and with a fork, crush these sausages and set aside.
Chop the onion and the tomato into small cubes, set aside.
In a skillet, add one drizzle of olive oil, the onion cubes and stir until golden brown, add the crushed garlic cloves and stir again.
Add the crushed sausages and fry them well.
Add the tomato cubes, the tomato sauce and the chili flakes, stir for 1 minute.
Add the penne pasta and stir.
Add the salt and enough water to cover all the ingredients, stir and let it all cook until the sauce has thickened, and the water has almost completely evaporated.
Finally, add the table cream and stir until incorporated.
Finish with parsley to taste.
Serve.
