Coconut Popsicle

Start by burning both coconuts, make sure to drain the water first. Keep flipping until every part of the shell is well burnt.Remove them from the heat and open them.Using a knife, cut off all the brown part of one of these coconuts.After that, cut the coconut from which the brown part was removed into smaller pieces and set aside.Grate the one with the brown part.Now, into a blender, add all the pieces of coconut, the milk and the milk powder, blend for 2 minutes.Transfer all the mixture to a saucepan and add the cornstarch dissolved in the milk, add the condensed milk, the sugar and another 400ml of milk, stir all the ingredients very well over medium heat until slightly thickened.Turn off the heat and set aside until the cream has cooled down.After that, add the coconut essence and all the grated coconut, mix well.Now, transfer all the mixture to acrylic or disposable glasses, of 200ml each.Insert a popsicle stick into each of them.Take them to the freezer and leave them there for 4 hours.Unmold with some warm water.Serve.

Ingredientes

  • 2 Coconuts
  • 500ml of Milk
  • 4 Tablespoons of Milk Powder
  • 1 Can of Condensed Milk (395g)
  • ½ Cup of Sugar (240ml Cup)
  • 400ml of Milk
  • 1 Tablespoon of Coconut Essence
  • 200ml Acrylic of Disposable Glasses
  • Popsicle Sticks

Cornstarch Mixture

  • 4 Tablespoons of Cornstarch
  • 100ml of Milk
