In a large baking dish, start by adding ½ can of condensed milk, spread it well across the bottom and set aside.
On 1 flour tortilla, add 2 tablespoons of canned peaches cut into smaller pieces and roll it up into a pancake shape.
Repeat this process with 7 tortillas and transfer these pancakes to the baking dish with the condensed milk.
Add the other ½ of condensed milk left in the can on top of everything, spread evenly and set aside.
In a medium bowl, add the wheat flour, the ground cinnamon, the brown sugar and mix to combine.
In a potato ricer, add the softened butter, squeeze it out by adding it to the flour mixture and mix everything with your hands.
The flour should be lumpy. After doing that, spread this mixture on top of the pancakes in the baking dish.
Take it to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 20 minutes.
Finally, top it with any flavor of ice cream of your choice, to taste.
Serve.
