Unique Bread Stuffed with Sausage

In a bowl, place the wheat flour and the yeast powder, mix. Add the sugar and the egg, mix again.Now, add the water, the oil and the salt, mix well, when you can no longer mix with the spoon, use your hands until it a soft dough is formed, knead for 5 minutes.Place the dough in the bowl and cover with a cloth, let it rest for 1 hour or until doubled in size.Transfer the dough to the table, divide it into 2 equal-sized pieces and cover with a cloth, let it rest for another 30 minutes.Get one of these dough pieces, stretch it out with a rolling pin, leaving it in a rectangular shape.Fry the sausages and place half of them close to one of the ends of the dough, fold the other end over the sausages, sealing it. Press down on the dough edges with your fingers to close it well. Also press down on the dough around the filling.Now with a pizza cutter, cut into strips the side of the dough without any filling , then twist each of these strips.Roll this dough with the strips facing up.Repeat this process with the other half of dough.Transfer the breads to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, cover them with a cloth and let them rise for 30 minutes.After this indicated time, thoroughly mix the egg yolks and the table cream into a bowl and brush this mixture over the breads.Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 40 to 50 minutes.Serve.

  • 1 Egg
  • 250ml of Water
  • 60ml of Oil
  • 1 Teaspoon of Salt
  • 400g of Smoked Sausage
  • 2 Egg Yolks
  • 2 Tablespoons of Table Cream
