Chicken Drumsticks Breaded in Coca-Cola

Start by cutting the top part of the Coca-Cola can with a utility knife or scissors and set aside.In a jar with a lid, add the chicken drumsticks and pour in the Coca-Cola.Close the jar with the lid and let everything marinate for 30 minutes.After this time has passed, remove the chicken drumsticks from the Coca-Cola.Then, remove the skin from each one of them using the Coca-Cola can we cut earlier.In a medium bowl, add the wheat flour, the cornstarch, the salt, a pinch of black pepper, the sweet paprika, the oregano and mix everything very well.Divide this flour equally into 2 bowls and in one of them, add the eggs, the water and mix until combined.In the other bowl, add 70ml of water and mix until it is lumpy.Then, bread the skinless chicken drumsticks in these mixtures.First, dip them into the liquid batter then coat them in the lumpy flour.In a medium pan over medium to low heat filled with hot oil, add the chicken drumsticks we prepared and fry them until nicely golden brown.Serve.

  • 2 Teaspoons of Salt

  • 70ml of Water
