Lemon and Raspberry Gelatin Dessert

In a medium bowl, add the unflavored colorless gelatin, the hot water and stir until dissolved.Add the cold water and stir again to combine.Next, grease a medium baking dish with vegetable oil using a brush.Pour all the gelatin we prepared into this baking dish.Place it in the refrigerator and let it chill for at least 1 hour.After this time has passed, in a medium bowl, add the heavy cream, the lemon-flavored gelatin and mix everything very well until fully combined.Now, collect this mixture with the syringe.Then, using the syringe needle, inject it into the colorless gelatin mixture.Make several vertical injections all over the gelatin.Then, in a small bowl, add the unflavored colorless gelatin, the hot water and stir until completely dissolved.Add the cold water, stir to combine and pour it into the baking dish with the decorated gelatin.Place it in the refrigerator and let it chill for another hour.After this time has passed, in a medium bowl, add the raspberry-flavored gelatin, the hot water and stir until dissolved.Add the cold water and stir again to combine.Next, pour it into the baking dish with the other gelatins.Place it in the refrigerator and let it chill for at least 3 hours.After this time has passed, unmold the gelatin dessert onto a nice serving plate.Serve.

  • 100ml of Hot Water
  • 200ml of Cold Water

Raspberry Gelatin

  • 40g of Raspberry-Flavored Gelatin
  • 200ml of Hot Water
  • 300ml of Cold Water
