Bread with Butter and Sliced Almonds

In a Ziplock bag, start by adding the granulated sugar, the dry yeast powder, the egg, the warm milk, the vanilla essence, the melted butter, the wheat flour and mix everything together very well.Next, spread this dough evenly throughout the bag.Set it aside and let the dough rise for 40 minutes.In a medium bowl, add the butter, the honey, the vanilla essence, the ground cinnamon and mix everything together very well until combined.Now, place all this butter mixture onto a piece of plastic wrap and shape it into a flat, even layer, about one finger thick.Wrap it in the plastic wrap, take it to the freezer and let it chill for at least 30 minutes.After the dough has risen, transfer it to the countertop.Sprinkle a little bit of wheat flour on top of it.Next, fold it a few times and knead it.Transfer it to a medium baking dish greased with unsalted butter.Cover it with a cloth and let it rise for another 30 minutes.Now, with the butter chilled, cut it into strips then into cubes, and set aside.After the dough has risen, make holes all over it with your fingertips and in each of these holes, add a cube of butter.Then, sprinkle granulated sugar to taste over everything and the sliced almonds.Take the bread to a preheated oven at 180 ° C (350 ° F) and let it bake for 40 minutes.Serve.
