Add the dough and mix everything thoroughly until the butter is fully incorporated.
Spread the dough on the board, cover with plastic wrap and let it rise for 1 hour.
In a medium bowl, add the grated ham, the grated mozzarella cheese, the oregano and mix everything thoroughly to combine.
After the dough has risen, transfer it to the countertop and knead it a few times.
Divide it into 12 equal parts and shape each one into a ball.
Next, roll it out with a rolling pin until it's neither too thin nor too thick.
Then, add one tablespoon of the filling we prepared and fold the dough over the filling, sealing it closed.
Repeat this process with the remaining dough and filling.
After doing that, let the dough rise for another 30 minutes.
After this time has passed, make shallow cuts all over the bread rolls using scissors.
Next, brush the beaten egg on top of everything.
Add sesame seeds to taste.
Take them to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and let them bake for 40 minutes.
