Meat Seasoning
Start by adding the seasoned ground beef to the baguette that has been sliced in half and hollowed out.
Next, brush barbecue sauce to taste all over the meat.
Add the provolone cheese sliced into rounds and press them into the meat.
Then close the sandwich and set it aside.
Now, on the sheet of aluminum foil, make a bacon bed using 200g of sliced smoked bacon.
Place the sandwich we prepared on top of it and wrap it in the bacon.
Then add another 200g of sliced smoked bacon to cover the sandwich completely.
Wrap the sandwich in aluminum foil and transfer it to a large baking tray.
Take it to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 40 minutes
Once the sandwich has finished baking, remove the aluminum foil and brush barbecue sauce.
Add +100g of provolone cheese sliced into rounds over the meat.
Place it back in a preheated oven set at 180° C (350° F) and bake until fully melted and golden.
Now, I’ll show you how I seasoned the meat we used in the sandwich.
In a large bowl, add the ground beef, the salt, the black pepper, the sweet paprika, the garlic powder, the onion powder and mix.
Serve.
