In a skillet filled with one liter of boiling water, add the pork ribs, cover and let them cook for 20 minutes.
After this time has passed, flip the ribs, season with the salt, a pinch of black pepper, the sweet paprika, the crushed garlic cloves, cover and let everything cook for another 15 minutes.
Then add the soy sauce, the water, stir and let the sauce reduce.
Add the ketchup, the mustard, the chili sauce, the honey and stir.
Finish by adding parsley to taste.
Serve.

In the process of making it now. Dont have a clue what pepper jelly is so am using sweet chilli sauce. plus a little dash of my own bits and bobs to taste. cant wait for it to be done.

These recipes are not exact because everyone can't have every ingredient or explanation is different like chili is it fresh or ground. like I tell my friends it's what in your kitchen right, thanks for sharing your videos
