Start by cutting the chicken breasts - make shallow diagonal cuts on them and repeat these shallow cuts in the opposite direction, forming a crisscross pattern.
Season them with a pinch of salt and a pinch of black pepper.
Next, transfer these chicken breasts to a Ziplock bag.
Add enough Coca Cola to cover everything.
Close the bag and let them marinate for 30 minutes.
In a medium bowl, add the wheat flour and coat the chicken breasts very well in this flour.
Now, in a large skillet over medium to low heat, add a drizzle of olive oil.
Add the chicken breasts and fry them until golden brown on both sides.
Next, add the butter, the garlic cloves, the soy sauce, the Coca Cola and mix everything very well.
Cover the skillet and let it all cook for 10 minutes.
Finish by adding green onions to taste.
Serve.
