Into a bowl, add the coconut flakes and the condensed milk, mix it all together very well.
Now, into a glass dish, add 1 tablespoon of this cream and evenly spread it until it covers the whole bottom of the dish. I’m using a 17cm x 17cm glass dish.
Then dip the corn starch biscuits in milk and make a layer of these biscuits in the glass dish.
Now, add 2 tablespoons of the coconut cream and spread it well.
Make another layer of biscuits, another layer of cream, one more layer of cornstarch biscuits and top it with a layer of cream.
Once that’s done, set aside.
Into a bowl, add the chocolate and melt it in the microwave in 30-second intervals. Once you’ve done that, add the table cream and mix it all together very well until it combines, and a ganache is formed.
Pour the ganache over the dessert, spreading it very well.
Take it to the fridge and let it chill for at least 2 hours
Serve.
