Sauce
In a medium bowl, add the chicken breast cut into strips.
Season them with the salt, the chicken seasoning and mix everything very well to combine.
Next, thread these chicken strips onto barbecue skewers.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add the vegetable oil and let it heat up.
Add the chicken skewers we prepared and let them fry until golden brown.
Use a spoon to drizzle the oil over the skewers and help with the cooking process.
Remove them from the skillet and set them aside.
In a skillet over medium to low heat, add a drizzle of olive oil, the garlic cloves, the red onion chopped into smaller pieces, the red chili peppers and sauté everything for 5 minutes.
After this time has passed, transfer everything to a mortar and mash thoroughly until finely crushed.
Transfer this mixture to a small bowl, add the mayonnaise, the honey, the tare sauce and mix everything thoroughly until well combined.
Next, transfer the chicken skewers we prepared to a large skillet over medium to low heat.
Brush barbecue sauce to taste over all of them and let them fry until they turn lightly golden brown.
Serve them with the sauce we prepared.
