Caramel
In a blender, add the eggs, the coffee, the condensed milk, the milk, the vanilla essence, blend everything until combined and set this mixture aside.
In a skillet, add the sugar, turn on the heat to medium-low power and let it melt.
Once the sugar begins to melt, keep stirring until fully melted.
When that happens, gradually add the water and stir until a caramel sauce forms.
Next, transfer all this caramel sauce to an 18-centimeter diameter flan mold and using a spatula, spread it all around its edges and center.
Pour in all the mixture we made earlier and cover the mold with aluminum foil.
Next, add water halfway through a baking tin and place the flan mold into it.
Take to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 40 minutes.
Then unmold the flan onto a nice plate.
Serve.
