Nesquik Cake

Start by adding the cream cheese to the Nesquik, add the egg yolks and beat everything very well using a mixer.Now, transfer this mixture to a small bowl.Place it in the microwave on medium power and heat it for 10 minutes.In a large bowl, add the eggs, the refined sugar and beat until frothy.Add the vegetable oil, the milk, the vanilla extract, the wheat flour and mix everything very well until combined.Next, add the baking powder and gently mix once more.Pour everything into a 22cm diameter baking pan greased with butter and wheat flour.And when the cream cheese mixture is ready, add it with teaspoonfuls to the cake batter we prepared.Take it to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 40 minutes.Serve.

  • 300g of Cream Cheese

  • 250ml of Milk
  • 1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
  • 3 Cups of Wheat Flour
  • 1 Tablespoon of Baking Powder

Modo de Fazer

Place it in the microwave on medium power and heat it for 10 minutes.

In a large bowl, add the eggs, the refined sugar and beat until frothy.

Add the vegetable oil, the milk, the vanilla extract, the wheat flour and mix everything very well until combined.

Next, add the baking powder and gently mix once more.

Pour everything into a 22cm diameter baking pan greased with butter and wheat flour.

And when the cream cheese mixture is ready, add it with teaspoonfuls to the cake batter we prepared.

Take it to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 40 minutes. 

Serve.
