Start by adding the very hot water over the salmon.
Use the oven rack and a large baking tray to lift the salmon.
Then, remove the salmon skin with your hands.
Transfer the salmon to a meat board and cut it into 2 equal-sized fillets.
Season with a pinch of salt, a pinch of black pepper, spread this seasoning with your hands, turn the fish over, season on the other side with the same spices and set aside.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add enough olive oil to cover the bottom and let it heat up.
Add the salmon we prepared earlier and fry until brown on all sides.
Remove from the skillet and set aside.
In another large skillet over medium to low heat, add the butter and stir until melted.
Add the salt, the crushed garlic cloves, parsley to taste, the juice of one lemon and stir for 2 minutes.
Next, add the pieces of salmon and drizzle them with the seasoned butter sauce, for 2 minutes.
Serve.
