In a saucepan, add the white beans, add enough water to cover them, cover the saucepan and let them cook for 30 minutes.
The beans I’m using for this recipe have been soaking in cold water for 8 hours before being cooked.
After this indicated time, the beans have cooked through; drain all the water and transfer them to a bowl.
Add one egg and using a hand blender, mix very well until combined.
Grate the onion and transfer it to the bowl.
Add parsley to taste, the crushed garlic cloves, black pepper to taste, the sweet paprika, the chili flakes, the curry powder, the salt, mix all the ingredients very well.
Add the breadcrumbs and mix by hand until combined.
Once you’ve done that, get a portion of this mixture, shape it into a ball and gently flatten it.
Repeat this process until all the mixture has been used.
Next, in a skillet, add enough oil to cover its bottom and wait until it gets very hot.
Fry the bean patties until both sides have browned.
Drain the excess oil on a plate lined with paper towels.
Serve.
