Into a skillet, start by adding the applesauce and the unflavored gelatin powder.
Now, over very low heat, stir very well until the gelatin dissolves, for about 3 to 5 minutes.
After that, transfer the mixture to a bowl and beat with a mixer for about 10 to 15 minutes, or until it doubles in size and is lighter in color.
Cover the bottom of a glass dish with plastic wrap leaving the ends out, pour all the mixture and spread it well, so that it is as flat as possible.
Take it to the fridge and let it chill for 1 to 2 hours.
To unmold, gently lift the plastic wrap and unwrap it.
Put on a plate and serve.
