For Stuffing
Start by placing an onion without the core over a piece of dough.
Then, cut the dough into strips and wrap each strip around the onion.
Repeat this process with 2 more onions and set aside.
Now, let’s make the dough we used in this recipe.
In a large bowl, add the butter, the wheat flour, the salt, the turmeric, the thyme and mix.
Gradually add the water and mix again until it becomes a smooth and even dough.
Place the onions we prepared into a large pot over medium heat filled with hot vegetable oil and fry them until golden brown.
Remove them from the hot oil and drain the excess oil on a plate lined with paper towels.
Stuff each one with 1 teaspoon of corn, 1 teaspoon of peas, 1 teaspoon of diced tomato and 1 teaspoon of heavy cream.
Add the grated Parmesan, hot sauce, honey, and parsley, all to taste.
Serve.
