Into a bowl, add the soft cheese and the table cream, mix well.
Over the bottom of a glass dish, spread some of the tomato sauce and spread it well, add the first layer of sliced bread then spread some of the soft cheese and table cream mixture over these breads.
Next, add a layer of ham and cheese, add some more tomato sauce, some oregano, add the second layer of bread slices and repeat this process all over again.
Finish with the last layer of bread, tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese, top it all with some oregano and tomato slices to taste.
Bake in a preheated oven at 100°C (212°F) for 30 minutes or until the cheese fully melts. Serve.
