Creamy Sauce
Start by peeling the potatoes and cutting them into round slices.
Transfer them to a bowl and add the onion chopped into cubes, the garlic cloves chopped into cubes, one drizzle of oil, and season with oregano, black pepper, sweet paprika, salt, turmeric and chimichurri, mix very well until incorporated and set aside.
Cut the tomatoes into round slices and set aside.
In a bowl, add the egg, the table cream and the wheat flour, mix well until combined.
Once you’ve done that, in a medium baking dish, add four potato slices and one tomato slice. Repeat this process until the whole baking dish has been filled, just like shown in the video.
Now, pour the creamy sauce we made all over the potatoes and tomatoes.
Take to a preheated oven at 180°C degrees Celsius (350°F) and bake for 40 minutes.
Serve.
