Pasta
Start by adding two beef burger patties weighing 250g each to a skillet over low heat.
Season them with the salt, one pinch of black pepper, the packet of beef seasoning and stir-fry until the meat is slightly golden brown.
Next, add the garlic cloves chopped into small cubes, the ginger and stir.
Add the Paris brown mushrooms chopped into thin slices, the chives and stir again.
Now, add the butter, stir until melted and set aside.
Next, in a saucepan over medium heat filled with boiling water, add the salt, the pasta and stir.
When the water begins to boil, put 2 ladles of this pasta water in a jar, pour it all over the meat and stir very well until incorporated.
Add the cooked pasta and stir again.
Add the grated parmesan cheese and stir very well once again.
Serve.
