Into a bowl, add the table cream, the eggs and to season it, add the salt, the black pepper, and the chimichurri, mix it all together very well until combined.
Now, cut the hot dog buns in half.
Get the 3 bottom halves of these buns and put them into a baking pan. I’m using a 22cm x 18cm baking pan.
Then cover these buns with 100g of sliced mozzarella cheese.
Add the sliced ham on top of the cheese and add another 100g of sliced mozzarella cheese.
Brush the tomato paste all over it and add half of the egg mixture we’ve prepared.
On top of this mixture, add the other 3 bun slices.
Now cover these buns with some more egg mixture and add another 100g of sliced mozzarella cheese.
Also add the bacon slices, and the rest of the egg mixture.
Add 50g of shredded mozzarella cheese and oregano to taste.
Place in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) and let it bake for about 20 minutes. Baking time may vary depending on the power of your oven.
