Start by grating the frozen chicken breast. Once you’ve done that, set aside.
Grate the medium potatoes and set them aside.
Into a large bowl, add the grated chicken, the grade potatoes, the cheddar cheese also grated, parsley to taste and the egg.
Season with the salt, the black pepper, the sweet paprika and the oil, mix all the ingredients very well.
Now into a skillet, add enough oil to cover its bottom.
Then using a tablespoon, get some portions of the chicken mixture and place them on the skillet, let them fry for 2 minutes.
After this indicated time, flip them and fry for another minute.
Drain them on a plate lined with paper towels and serve.
