Sauce
Start by cutting the chicken breasts into smaller pieces.
Transfer to a medium bowl, add a pinch of black pepper, the salt and mix to incorporate.
Add the wheat flour and mix again.
In a skillet over medium heat, add a drizzle of olive oil.
Add the chicken we prepared, fry until golden brown and set aside.
In the same skillet over medium heat, add the unsalted butter and stir until melted.
Add the cloves of garlic chopped into small cubes and stir.
Then, add the wheat flour and stir again.
Add the chicken broth and stir.
Add the juice of half a lime and stir.
Season with the salt, a pinch of black pepper and stir to incorporate.
Add chives and parsley to taste and stir again.
Then, add the fried chicken, stir and let everything cook for another 2 minutes.
Serve.
