Different Lunch and Dinner

In a saucepan, add the oil and the onion, sauté until slightly brown. Add the garlic and sauté until brown. Add the sliced hot dog sausage and mix it all together very well, add the packs of table cream, the cheese spread and mix for 1 to 2 minutes.Add ½ level teaspoon of sweet paprika and salt to taste, mix very well and turn off the heat.Add the parsley after turning off the heat and mix again. Cover the pan and set aside.In a large baking dish, place some boiled rice at the bottom, add a layer of sausage on top of the rice, add another layer of rice and finally, add the last layer of sausage. Then top it all with grated mozzarella cheese and oregano to taste.Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) until the cheese melts, for about 20 minutes.To make the rice, into a pan add some oil and mixed spices, sauté this seasoning for a bit but don't let it brown. Add the rice, mix lightly, add 3 cups of water, cover the pan and let it cook until the water fully evaporates.

Ingredientes

  • 1kg of Hot Dog Sausages Cut Into Round Slices
  • ½ Medium Onion Chopped
  • 2 Crushed Garlic Cloves 
  • 1 Tablespoon of Oil
  • 2 Packs of Table Cream (200g each)
  • 1 Glass of Creamy Cheese Spread (200g)
  • ½ Teaspoon of Sweet Paprika
  • ½ Teaspoon of Salt
  • 200g of Grated Mozzarella Cheese
  • Oregano to Taste
  • Parsley to Taste

Boiled Rice

  • 1 ½ Cups (240ml) of Raw Rice
  • 1 Drizzle of Oil
  • ½ Level Teaspoon of Mixed Spices
  • 3 Cups (240ml) of Hot Water
