Into a bowl, add the cherry jelly powder and the very hot water, mix well until dissolved.
Into a ring cake mold, add a drizzle of oil and spread it well, greasing the whole mold. Pour in all the jelly mixture and let it chill for 1 hour.
Into another bowl, add the passion fruit jelly powder and add the very hot water. Mix well until fully dissolved and set aside.
Into a blender, add the packs of table cream and the passion fruit jelly mixture, blend well until combined.
Get the cake mold with the cherry jelly layer already firm and pour all the passion fruit cream over it.
Take it to the fridge and let it chill for 3-4 hours.
After this indicated time, run a knife along the edges to unmold.
Garnish to taste.
