In a skillet, start by adding the calabrese sausage and stir-fry until golden brown.
Add the onion chopped into small cubes and the minced garlic cloves, stir-fry until golden brown.
Add the tomato chopped into small cubes, the canned pea & sweet corn mix, the green bell pepper chopped into small cubes, stir-fry for 2 minutes and after this indicated time, set aside.
In a bowl, add the eggs and beat them well.
Add the salt, the oil and the milk, mix well.
Now, add the cornstarch, mix until combined. Add the baking powder and mix gently.
Next, pour half of this batter in a skillet greased with plenty of margarine and spread it all over the bottom.
Cover it with half of the filling we made.
Add 100g of grated mozzarella cheese, fully cover it with the rest of the batter and top the batter with the rest of the filling.
Turn on the heat at low power, cover the skillet and let it all cook for 10 minutes.
After this indicated time, flip the pie.
Let it all cook for another 3 minutes.
Unmold and serve.
