In a large bowl, add the water, the salt and mix until the salt dissolves.
Gradually add the sifted wheat flour and keep mixing.
When you can no longer mix with the spoon, start kneading with your hands until combined.
Next, transfer the dough to a floured table and knead for another 5 minutes.
Then transfer it back to the bowl, cover it with a cloth and let this dough rest for 10 minutes.
In a medium bowl, add the melted butter, the oil and mix.
After the dough has rested, transfer it to the floured table.
Divide it into 8 equal parts, shape each one into a ball and stretch all of them into a circular shape.
In a medium ovenproof dish, add the butter and oil mixture.
Add the stretched pieces of dough, spreading them well in the oil and butter mixture, and let them soak for 10 minutes.
After this time has passed, get one of these pieces of dough and stretch it by hand until very thin.
The oil and the butter will make this step much easier.
Next, fold the edges, add 50 grams of feta cheese to one of these edges and roll into a cylindrical shape.
Repeat this process with all the pieces of dough.
Transfer these rolls to a medium baking dish and cut each roll into 3 pieces of same size.
Brush the remaining butter and oil mixture over everything.
Take to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 30 minutes.
Serve.
