Different Braised Liver

Start by cutting the liver into strips then transfer these strips to a bowl.Next, add the milk and mix.Let the liver soak for 5 minutes.Meanwhile, in another bowl, add the garlic powder, the sweet paprika, one generous pinch of black pepper, the oregano, the garlic cloves chopped into cubes, the white vinegar and the soy sauce, mix all the ingredients very well until incorporated.Drain all the milk from the liver.Transfer the liver to the bowl with the seasoning mix we made and add the salt. Mix very well until incorporated.In a large skillet over medium-low heat, add one drizzle of vegetable oil, the liver and braise it until slightly golden brown.When that happens, add the onion chopped into round slices, the bell peppers chopped into strips, the water and the tomato paste, stir all the ingredients together very well.Cover the skillet and let it all cook for 10 minutes.Finish by adding parsley to taste.Serve.

  • 700g of Liver
  • 200ml of Milk
  • 1 Teaspoon of Garlic Powder

  • 2 Tablespoons of White Vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons of Soy Sauce

  • Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Onion
  • ½ Green Bell Pepper
  • ½ Yellow Bell Pepper
  • ½ Red Bell Pepper
  • 150ml of Water
  • 2 Tablespoons of Tomato Paste
  • Parsley to Taste

Modo de Fazer

Start by cutting the liver into strips then transfer these strips to a bowl. 

Next, add the milk and mix. 

Let the liver soak for 5 minutes. 

Meanwhile, in another bowl, add the garlic powder, the sweet paprika, one generous pinch of black pepper, the oregano, the garlic cloves chopped into cubes, the white vinegar and the soy sauce, mix all the ingredients very well until incorporated. 

Drain all the milk from the liver.

Transfer the liver to the bowl with the seasoning mix we made and add the salt. Mix very well until incorporated.

In a large skillet over medium-low heat, add one drizzle of vegetable oil, the liver and braise it until slightly golden brown.
