Whipped Cream
Chocolate Shell
Start by crushing the milk biscuits in a food processor until they turn into fine crumbs.
If you prefer, you can do this process in a blender.
Transfer everything to a large bowl, add the melted unsalted butter and mix to combine.
Add the hazelnut cream and keep mixing.
Next, add the milk and mix once more until well combined.
Now, in another large bowl, add the powdered sugar, the very cold whipping cream and beat everything very well with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
Add the grated dried coconut and mix to incorporate.
Next, spread the entire biscuit mixture we prepared onto a piece of cling film and spread it evenly in a rectangular shape.
Add the whipped cream we prepared and spread it out evenly.
Now, add the ripe peeled bananas on top of the whipped cream and roll everything into a cylindrical shape.
Take it to the fridge and let it chill for 30 minutes.
On a piece of bubble wrap, add the melted white chocolate, the melted milk chocolate and spread it out until an even layer forms.
After doing that, add the dessert we prepared and wrap it in this chocolate.
Take it to the fridge and let it chill for another 20 minutes.
Serve.
