Passion Fruit Dessert

Into a bowl, add 2 packets of jelly powder and the hot water, mix very well until it dissolves. Add the cold water and mix for another minute.Transfer this jelly mixture to a glass dish greased with a drizzle of olive oil and take it to the fridge. Leave it there for 2 hours.After this indicated time, cut the jelly into dices and with a spoon, release the dices and set aside.To make the cream, into a blender, add the hot water and another 2 packages of passion fruit jelly powder, blend it all very well for 1 minute.After that, add the packs of table cream and blend again for 2 minutes. Set aside.Grease a ring cake mold with a drizzle of oil, evenly spreading it all over the mold.Then add half of the jelly dices we chopped, pour half of the cream over them, add the rest of the jelly dices and then add the rest of the cream.Take it to the fridge and leave for about 2 hours.Run a knife along the sides and unmold.Serve.

  • 250ml of Hot Water
  • 2 Envelopes of Passion Fruit Jelly Powder
  • 2 Packs of Table Cream

After that, add the packs of table cream and blend again for 2 minutes. Set aside. 

Grease a ring cake mold with a drizzle of oil, evenly spreading it all over the mold. 

Then add half of the jelly dices we chopped, pour half of the cream over them, add the rest of the jelly dices and then add the rest of the cream. 

Take it to the fridge and leave for about 2 hours.

Run a knife along the sides and unmold.

Serve.
