Into a baking tin greased with butter, add the eggs, salt, oregano and sweet paprika to taste, mix it all together very well until combined. Cover with grated mozzarella cheese then add spoonfuls of creamy cheese spread all over it. Spread evenly.
Add the baloney slices and the cover them with the bread slices.
Melt the butter and mix with parsley, spread this mixture over the breads.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for 25 minutes.
Run a knife along the edges of the baking tin to help unmold.
You can use any other filling you like, that's up to you.
Serve.
