Start by slicing the pork into 10 steaks, about 1 finger-thick each.
Cover them with plastic wrap and pound them well with a meat mallet.
Season with a pinch of salt, a pinch of black pepper, sweet paprika to taste and spread all these spices very well by hand. Repeat this process with all the pork steaks.
Now cut ½ medium cabbage in half then cut one of the halves into thick slices. Season them with a pinch of salt and black pepper to taste.
Into a baking tray lined with nonstick baking paper, add 2 pork steaks then add 2 cabbage slices over these steaks. Keep alternating the steaks and the cabbage slices until you’ve used all of them.
Take the baking tray to a preheated oven at 190°C (374°F) and let it all cook for 40 minutes.
After this indicated time, spread the grated mozzarella cheese all over it.
Take it back to the oven and leave it there for 10 minutes.
Serve.
